1. Basic Catering for a Small Funeral:

  • Drop-off service with pre-prepared and ready-to-serve basic food trays. This includes simple meals like: Meal (deli sandwiches, wraps, Patties, Fruit and vegetable trays), and beverages :( bottled water and soft drinks).
  •  The food is delivered to the venue or home without on-site setup or serving. The caterer will provide disposable plates, utensils, and napkins, making it easier for guests to serve themselves and clean up. Cost depending on the selection between $15 to $20 per person.

2. Buffet Service:

  • The buffet-style meal includes a variety of hot and cold food options, here’s what you can expect: 
  • Hot Entrees: baked chicken, pasta dishes (e.g., lasagna or baked ziti), beef or pork roast, or vegetarian options like grilled vegetables or casseroles.
  • Side Dishes: mashed potatoes, rice, steamed vegetables, and bread rolls.
  • Salads: garden salads, Caesar salads, or pasta salads.
  • Desserts: cookies, brownies, pies, or cakes.
  • Beverages: The service generally provides coffee, tea, water, and sometimes soft drinks.

*We set up food stations with dishes placed in chafing dishes to keep the food warm. Serving utensils, plates, napkins, and disposable or real silverware are provided. You can opt for staff to serve food or replenish the buffet table. This helps manage the flow of guests and ensures the food remains well presented. You can often customize the buffet based on the preferences of the attendees, including gluten-free or vegetarian/vegan options, or traditional dishes if desired. The price ranges from $25 to $45 per person, depending on the menu, the number of staff required, and the level of service (e.g., disposable vs. China plates).

 

3. Full-Service Catering:

    • Full-service meal with waitstaff, bartenders (if serving drinks), and multiple courses. designed to offer a worry-free experience by handling every aspect of the meal, allowing you and your guests to focus on the event. The menu Selection include:
  • Appetizers: Passed or station-based appetizers, such as hors d'oeuvres, finger foods, or small bites.
  • Main Courses: Multiple entrée options, including meats like roast beef, chicken, or fish, as well as vegetarian dishes. There is often specialty dishes based on cultural preferences or dietary requirements.
  • Side Dishes: A selection of sides such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables or pasta.
  • Desserts: Assorted cakes, pies, or cookies, along with premium desserts like tarts or éclairs.
  • Beverages: Includes water, coffee, tea, soft drinks, and may also include alcoholic drinks like wine or beer depending on the service.
